Return and refund policy

Return:

30-day refund: Returns undamaged/unused SAYYEAH within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product and get a full refund.

You can contact us at sales@sayyeahus.com to obtain a return address and return label. SAYYEAH is not responsible for shipping costs that customers return on their own.

Once the returned item is checked at the warehouse, the refund or exchange process begins. Accessories sold on the website are non-refundable.

Shipping refunds

1For defect-free products/products that are no longer needed, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping fee of  $250/pc at the time of refund.

2For defective products, sayyeah is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Refund time limit

After 30 days, we will not be able to accept a full refund. The refund will be 10%-50%, depending on the actual problem and situation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns the RMA validity period

30 days (from the date of RMA creation).

 A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be requested from sayyeah within 30 days of receiving the shipment. To request an RMA, please contact the sayyeah service team via email .  Sayyeah is not responsible for the shipping costs of packages returned by the customer himself.

If the item does not meet the above requirements, it may be refused a return.

About the refund difference

1. Partial refund of the difference within 15 days

2. Not accepted within 15 days (gifts available).

The customer provided the wrong shipping address

Customers will need to pay an additional $250 (actual shipping fee) to resend it

The customer refuses to accept the package or does not want the package due to a non-quality issue

We will refund the shipping fee of  $250 (actual shipping) or the customer will need to pay an additional $250 (actual shipping fee) to resend.

For different time periods

1. Within 30 days: When we refund a defect-free product/product that is no longer needed, we will deduct $250/piece for the shipping fee  (actual shipping ).

2. 31-90 days: 10%-60% refund, subject to actual problems and circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time limit for compensation

For returned or exchanged items, we will need to process the solution 3-6 business days after receiving your item.

After this time, the refund time frame is as follows:

  • PayPal account refund: Up to 48 hours
  • Credit card refund: 7-14 business days
