Warranty

All SAYYEAH products are covered by our manufacturer's 6-month all-inclusive warranty for the original owner for all manufacturing defects (spare parts warranty period is specified separately). For most parts, it is a 6-month warranty. For some parts, such as motors and batteries, the warranty period is 3 months.

  • Warranty target audience

All quality-related defects of goods sold directly by SAYYEAH are covered by an extensive warranty

  • Battery

SAYYEAH provides a 3-month prorated warranty on the battery. During the 3-month service period – defective batteries will be repaired or replaced by the customer free of charge. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries or motors is based on the original date of purchase. Purchased batteries will receive a new 3-month warranty based on the date of purchase. No cash compensation will be made. The battery can be evaluated and defects found directly by SAYYEAH.

Note: This limited warranty does not cover man-made damage and will not be warranted. If the damage is not man-made, it will be covered by the warranty.

  • Claims process

All claims for this warranty must be made through SAYYEAH. and submit to the mailbox. Any warranty request requires proof of purchase and a photo or video of the damaged product. Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact us via email as a simple solution may be available for your issue. A valid warranty claim will pass through SAYYEAH within 6 months (6 months for accessories) after the first purchase Dispose. SAYYEAH does not replace any parts until you first see a photo or video of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with evidence via email.

  • Shipping damage claims

In rare cases, items received may be damaged during transit. In the event of shipping damage, please contact us at our email address and provide us with photo or video proof.

Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Repair services

For repair services, SAYYEAH will only provide free replacement parts. All free parts will not be replaced or compensated if scratched during transit.
