Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Transit times are typically 7-12 business days depending on your location. Orders will not be processed on Saturday or Sunday.
- Big Scooters(models over 150lbs)

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Transit times are typically 7-12 business days depending on your location. Orders will not be processed on Saturday or Sunday.
(Once the scooter is picked up by a truck, no refund will be given.) We simply couldn't have shipped it back. In addition, the cost of picking up an oversized overweight package back to the warehouse is astronomical. We really think you should try our motorcycle because it's cool.
If you insist, we do have a 30-day return policy. Still, items returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase may be deducted a 15% purchase fee from the refund, including but not limited to unauthorized returns. ）

We only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
